这片区域被规划用于修建别墅群，大概有二十多座别墅，每天都在发生日新月异的变化。这里有一座21世纪之初就修建而成的别墅，由设计师傅厚民负责设计。

别墅内部的园林设计十分的新颖，破有一种金屋藏娇的即视感。这样的园林设计成为了别墅的门面，让来者都流连忘返。
